There is a potential sofware issue with the VoIP Platform. A software upgrade was applied which appears to have a stability issue.

Engineers are aware and are working on a long term resolution.

The webmail system is now back up

The is currently a fault on webmail.cldmail.co.uk. This only affects webmail access, email is working correctly on all domains. Our engineers are working to resolve the fault.

01/10/2024We have implemented a major upgrade to our broadband platform to increase our capacity by twenty times. Customer will migrate over automatically over the next few days.Completed
