Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.  During these hours tickets are answered within 4 working hours.

For urgent requests when the offices are closed you can now raise a support ticket by SMS messaging.

Out of hours support requests are responded to within 8 hours, but we do still aim to respond within 4 hours.

To raise a support request by SMS, please send a TXT to 07786 209609 as follows:

"SUPPORT your.email@address first-name last-name problem-description"

example:
"SUPPORT joe@bloggs.com Joe Bloggs My Internet on 0121 123123 is very slow"

You will get a TXT message back confirming your request and giving you a support case reference.
